Exchange & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Bombay Hood. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, kindly reach out to us at support@bombayhood.com.

Exchange & Return Guidelines:

  1. Reporting Timeframe:
    If you encounter any issue with your order, please inform us within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  2. Exchange Eligibility:
    If you've received the wrong product or if there's a size issue, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly exchange it for the correct item or size at no additional cost, and we’ll also arrange a hassle-free reverse pickup.
  3. Price Differences:
    If you choose an item of higher value, you'll only need to pay the difference online. Products must be in original condition—unwashed, unused, neatly folded, with original tags intact, and properly packaged to avoid damage during return transit. Exchanges won’t be accepted if these conditions aren't met.
  4. Refund Policy:
    Refunds are strictly provided only if a defective or damage product is delivered. To request a refund, email us at support@bombayhood.com with your order details, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the defective item.
  5. Return Charges:
    For exceptional cases where returns are accepted without product defects or errors from our side, a fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover logistics and reverse pickup costs. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or a provided bank account.
  6. Colour & Design Variations:
    Please note, slight variations in product colour or design compared to online images are natural and won’t qualify for returns or refunds.
  7. Damaged Packages:
    To avoid complications, do not accept visibly damaged packages upon delivery.
  8. Limitations:
    Exchanges or returns will not be processed if the product has been used, washed, or damaged due to customer negligence. Also, products bought during sales or using promotional codes are not eligible for refunds.
  9. Size Issues:
    We provide free exchanges for size-related concerns, but no refunds will be issued based on sizing. 
  10. Return Frequency:
    Only one exchange or return is allowed per order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the merchandise doesn't fulfill our criteria upon inspection.
